ZANZIBAR
An Ocean Retreat & Workshop
Hosted by Mila
2027
FREEDIVING
Learn to trust yourself and your body. With each breath-hold, you’ll discover a calm you didn’t know you had - no rush, no goal but presence.
COMMUNITY / SISTERHOOD
Joining solo? You’ll leave with more than memories. A small group of women bonded by salt water, shared breath-holds, and days that felt like they mattered.
DOLPHINS
Swim alongside wild, free dolphins on their terms, in their world. It’s not a performance - it’s a quiet privilege, offered only when they choose it.
OCEAN
Step into open water that stretches beyond sight of land. Here, the noise of everyday life fades, and all that’s left is your breath and the blue.
SLOW LIFE
Days shaped by the tide
SIRENA
Sail the coast aboard Sirena, a traditional Zanzibari dhow - wind in the sails, nowhere to be, the island slipping quietly past.

By application only. A small circle only.

Somewhere between the dhow sails and the dolphins, there’s a version of you that trusts the water completely. This expedition is an invitation to meet her - days spent drifting through open ocean, learning to hold your breath a little longer, a little calmer, until the surface feels optional.

You’ll swim beside wild dolphins who linger, curious, in no hurry to leave. You’ll sail across turquoise water with nowhere to be. You’ll share slow mornings, salt-crusted hair, and a kind of quiet most people spend years chasing.

Some things can’t be planned around a calendar. This is one of them - join the waitlist, and we’ll reach out when the ocean is ready.

This trip is designed for a small group of women who want to:

Swim with wild, free dolphins in their natural habitat
Learn to freedive - from first breath-holds to deeper, calmer dives
Sail the turquoise water on a traditional Zanzibari dhow
Share tropical picnics
Learn the principles of ethical wildlife encounters
Live a slow, ocean-centered island lifestyle
