These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, including bookings, tours, and website interactions. By booking or participating in an activity with The Mermaid Experience, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive your payment or deposit.

• Full payment must be made prior to the start of the tour (unless otherwise agreed).
• We accept payments through secure third-party providers.
• Prices are listed in [USD/EUR/local currency] and may be subject to change

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Guest cancellations:

• More than 7 days before the tour → full refund (minus transaction fees).
• 3–7 days before the tour → 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before the tour or no-show → no refund.

Company cancellations:

• If we must cancel due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Safety & Participation
All guests must follow the instructions of our guides and crew at all times.

• Swimming with dolphins is conducted ethically and respectfully — no chasing, touching, or harassing wildlife is allowed.
• Guests must disclose any health conditions that may affect participation (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy).
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety rules are not followed.

5. Liability & Insurance
Participation in water-based activities involves inherent risks (e.g., injury, seasickness, unexpected wildlife behavior).
